Notes

🍂 Why It Works
This is the fall mocktail for people who want that “sweater weather” feeling in a glass. It borrows the structure of a White Russian - coffee base, creamy topping - but skips the alcohol without losing the indulgent, cozy vibe. The pumpkin spice creamer does all the heavy lifting here, swirling into the cold brew for a drink that’s perfect for movie nights, brunches, or a late afternoon treat. It’s easy to make, endlessly customizable (add cinnamon or nutmeg if you’re feeling extra), and satisfying for anyone skipping the booze this season.

Movie Pairing

Pair the White Pumpkin Spice Mocktail with You’ve Got Mail. It’s New York in the fall, bookstores, cozy sweaters, and dialogue as comforting as a pumpkin-swirled latte. Just like the mocktail, it’s warm, nostalgic, and absolutely charming – no alcohol needed to feel the buzz.
