Notes

Why It Works

This thing hits the same sweet-tart-creamy triangle as the original, with pineapple doing the heavy lifting, lime keeping it “margarita-adjacent,” and coconut cream giving you that frozen, beachy body. The blue element is purely vibes. Which, honestly, is most of what margaritas are anyway. The trick is balance: if it tastes too “juice bar,” add a touch more lime; if it’s too sharp, bump agave by a teaspoon.

Movie Pairing

Palm Springs
Because it’s bright, weird, and looping back into fun before you can overthink it. This mocktail feels like a vacation that keeps restarting, and you get to stay functional enough to actually follow the plot the second time it inevitably repeats.
