Whiskey Sour

A classic blend of sour and sweet.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce Lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple syrup
  • 1 egg (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Shake ingredients (with egg white if desired) with ice.
  • Strain into an ice-filled glass.
