Sunset Colada

Equipment

  • Shaker
  • Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Coconut cream
  • 1 ounce Pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce Mango nectar
  • 1 ounce Gold rum

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well.
  • Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Top with a splash of grenadine for the “sunset” effect.

Notes

Why it works:

Mango and grenadine take this from “classic beach drink” to “vacation in a glass.” The layered color makes it visually stunning and the flavor is a tropical knockout.
