Icarus Glow Cocktail

Like the movie "Sunshine," this cocktail is beautiful, bold, and just a little bit dangerous.

Equipment

  • Shaker
  • Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 1 ounce Orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce Lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Honey syrup honey + warm water
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add vodka, orange juice, lemon juice, honey syrup, and cayenne pepper (if using) to a shaker with ice.
  • Shake well until chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a twist or slice of orange to mimic the sun.
