Endless Summer Margarita

A neon, tropical frozen margarita that’s fun, flirty, and slightly unhinged, kind of like realizing you’d relive the same day forever if it meant avoiding responsibility.

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Silver Tequila
  • 1 ounce Coconut cream
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh Lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce Pineapple juice
  • 1/4 ounce Blue Curacao for a bright neon effect
  • 1/4 ounce Agave Syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime wheel

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender with a generous scoop of ice
  • Blend until smooth and frothy
  • Pour into a tall glass or hurricane glass
  • Garnish with a lime wheel

Why It Works

This is basically a beach-day margarita that fell into a time-loop and came out glowing. The coconut cream gives it that silky, frozen-lush texture, pineapple adds tropical sweetness, lime keeps it from becoming a dessert, and blue curaçao is pure vibes, bright citrus, a little chaos, and unapologetically “look at me.” It’s balanced enough to be a real cocktail, but loud enough to feel like you’re drinking a postcard from a resort that definitely has questionable safety standards.
