A dark cherry mocktail with lime, maple, and a crisp sparkling finish that feels far more evening drink than juice box.

Why It Works
The trick here is balance. Tart cherry juice has real depth, but it can get a little too serious if left alone. Lime cuts through that richness and keeps the drink lively, while maple syrup adds a subtle roundness without turning the whole thing sugary or juvenile. Then the club soda comes in and lifts everything, giving it enough sparkle and structure to feel like a proper mocktail instead of dressed-up juice.
It also works because it looks and drinks like an evening option. The deep red color gives it a little drama, the flavor profile feels more composed than playful, and the ingredient list is mercifully normal. No obscure syrups. No tinctures made by forest druids. Just a few easy ingredients doing a lot of work.
