Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Dry Gin (London Dry or citrus-forward)
  • 1 ounce Aperol
  • 1/2 ounce Fresh lemon juice
  • 3 ounces Proseco or any brut sparkling wine
  • 1 ounce Club soda
  • Garnish with grapefruit or orange wheel mint optional

Instructions
 

  • Fill a wine glass with ice.
  • Add gin, Aperol, and lemon juice. Stir briefly (5–7 seconds).
  • Top with prosecco, then club soda.
  • One gentle stir (just to marry it, not to murder the bubbles).
  • Garnish with grapefruit peel (express it over the glass if you’re feeling fancy).
