It’s bright, fast, and zippy – just like Marty’s getaway.
“Where we’re going, we don’t need alcohol.” That’s the vibe with The Pink Delorean, a mocktail packed with flavor, fizz, and enough flash to rival Doc Brown’s time machine. In honor of Back to the Future turning 40 this July, we’re celebrating this iconic film the only way we know how – by crafting a drink that’s as electrifying as a bolt of lightning hitting the Hill Valley clock tower.

Notes
Flavor Profile: Tart, citrusy, neon fun
This vibrant, citrus-charged concoction blends pink lemonade, lime juice, orange juice, and a splash of soda water for the kind of sweet-tart kick that jolts your taste buds like time travel itself. Crushed ice keeps it cool, while the neon hue feels ripped right out of 1985 (or maybe 2015, hoverboards and all). Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint for a drink that’s as photogenic as it is flavorful.
Pair it with a Back to the Future movie night and revel in the nostalgia—Marty McFly’s red puffer vest, the DeLorean’s gull-wing doors, that unforgettable “Johnny B. Goode” guitar solo. Whether it’s your first ride or your fortieth, this movie still hits like a perfectly calibrated time jump. And now, so does your drink.
So fire up the flux capacitor, cue up Huey Lewis and the News, and raise a glass to 40 years of one of the greatest time-travel trilogies ever made. This one’s heavy – in the best way.
