Fluid Karma Fizz Cocktail

It’s sweet, sharp, glowing, and slightly unstable. Just like the movie Southland Tales from which it was inspired.

Equipment

  • Shaker
  • Strainer

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ounce Blue Curacao
  • 1 ounce Gin
  • 1/2 ounce Lime Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • Ginger Beer

Instructions
 

  • Shake the Blue Curaçao, gin, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  • Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  • Top generously with ginger beer.
  • Garnish and stare into the glass like it knows the future.
