
The Alpine Drift Cocktail
No fancy ingredients, just bold, mountain-inspired flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Bourbon or rye whiskey (choose rye for spice, bourbon for smooth)
- 1/2 ounce honey syrup 1:1 mxi of honey and warm water
- 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce Green chartreuse
- 2 dashes bitters
- 1 sprig rosemary or thyme for garnish
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Add whiskey, honey syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and a tiny pinch of sea salt to a shaker.
- Add ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.
- Strain over ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or thyme (lightly smack it first to release the aroma).
- Optional: If you have a kitchen torch or lighter, briefly toast the herb for a smoky aroma.
