Skill Level: Easy

Silent Night S’mores Mocktini Mocktail
All the campfire dessert energy, zero proof required.
Equipment
- cocktail shaker (or jar with tight lid)
- Strainer
- Martini or coupe glass
- Small plate for rim
- Spoon
Ingredients
- 3 ounces Chocolate milk
- 1 ounce Half-and-half or heavy cream
- 1/2 ounce Chocolate syrup
- 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- OPTIONAL: pinch of salt to make the chocolate pop!
Instructions
- Pour a little chocolate syrup or water onto a small plate. Dip the rim of your martini/coupe glass in the syrup/water, then dip into the graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim. Set aside.
- Fill your shaker with ice. Add chocolate milk (or milk + cooled cocoa), half-and-half/heavy cream, chocolate syrup, vanilla extract, and optional tiny pinch of salt.
- Shake hard for 10–15 seconds until well-chilled and slightly frothy.
- Strain into the prepared glass. Skewer a marshmallow on a cocktail pick and rest it across the rim. If you have a kitchen torch, you can lightly toast the marshmallow for full s’mores vibes (but it’s great un-toasted too).
Notes
The Silent Night S’mores Mocktini keeps everything people love about the original S’mores Martini: rich chocolate, creamy texture, graham cracker rim, and that big nostalgic marshmallow moment. The difference is purely in the ABV, flavor-wise, it still feels like dessert in a glass.
Using chocolate milk (or a simple milk + cocoa combo) plus a touch of vanilla creates that melted candy bar profile without needing any liqueurs. The shake gives you a silky, almost milkshake-like texture that still looks “grown up” when you pour it into a martini glass. It’s inclusive, photogenic, and easy to batch for the non-drinkers and younger crowd who want to clink glasses with everyone else.
Movie Pairing
Movie: Elf (2003)
Why it pairs: This mocktail is pure sugary joy with a hint of childhood chaos, which makes it the perfect drink for a movie where spaghetti, syrup, and pure Christmas spirit are basically food groups.
