Ingredients
- 2 ounces Bourbon rec: smooth, vanilla-forward
- 1/2 ounce Dark cherry syrup Luxardo or Amarena cherries
- 2 dashes Orange bitters
- Luxardo Cherry and Orange peel for garnish
- 1 cube Large ice cube
Instructions
- Add dark cherry syrup and bitters to a mixing glass.
- Pour in bourbon and stir with ice until well chilled.
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Express an orange peel over the drink, rubbing it around the rim before dropping it in.
- Garnish with a Luxardo cherry skewered on a cocktail pick.
