Cherry Cola Faux-jito Mocktail

Cool, fizzy, nostalgic—and 100% booze-free. This mocktail mixes mashed cherries, a splash of lime, a little sugar, and cola for that perfect twist on a classic.

Equipment

  • Fork for mashing cherries

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 tbsp Cherry juice or mash a few fresh cherries!
  • 1/2 ounce Lime juice can substitute lemon juice, if needed
  • Cola of your choice diet or regular, your choice
  • 1 leaf Mint

Instructions
 

  • Mash cherries (or add juice) with lime juice and sugar.
  • Add ice and pour over cola.
  • Stir and garnish with a cherry or mint sprig if available.
