Ingredients

1/2 cup Blueberry Juice (or mash ¼ cup blueberries + add 2 tbsp water)
1/4 cup Grape Juice (Welch’s works great)
1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar (trust us...) (or substitute with a squeeze of lemon juice for tang)
Mint or basil for garnish

Instructions

Optional: Mix a bit of sugar and salt to rim the glass for a swampy, layered contrast
If using fresh berries, mash blueberries and mix with a bit of water to extract juice. Strain if desired.
Stir blueberry juice, grape juice, and balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice) together until well mixed.
Fill a lowball or rocks glass with ice.
Pour mixture over ice.
Garnish with a sprig of mint or basil, and rim the glass if you're feeling extra.
