Notes

🍁 Why It Works

This one’s a fall slow-burner with attitude. The smoky mezcal balances the sweet and tart notes of apple and maple, creating a layered cocktail that feels like a late October night by a bonfire. It’s bold but not overwhelming, and the lemon brightens it just enough. A grown-up apple smash with serious autumn energy.

🎬 Movie Pairing

Pair it with The Witch – a slow, moody descent into isolation, superstition, and smoky dread. Just like this drink, it starts with rustic charm and ends with something unforgettable.
